Will there always
be someone competent and caring on site?
Yes. Daniel Ruiz
works closely with the maintenance team to ensure that
Waterfall Landscaping always provides consistent, top
quality services. If Dan is not on site, then
there will be a professional foreman with extensive
training who can answer any questions that may
arise.
How can I get
in touch with you?
There are several routes
of communication: (1) messages and work
requests can be given to either Franklin, Dan, Kevin, or the crew leader directly while at your residence; (2) calls to the
office are immediately answered or returned by the next working day; (3)
all management and crew leaders are equipped with cellular phones.
Are there any extra charges beyond those
specified in the contract?
The items included in each plan are listed on
the contract. Our Premium Plan includes
all the chemicals necessary to maintain a healthy
lawn. Although not included in any of our plans,
we offer a number of different services for your
convenience. Some additional services you can
request, for an additional fee, include flower planting,
mulch application, tree staking and gutter
cleaning.
Does
Waterfall Landscaping maintain other homes in the
area?
We limit our maintenance to a very specific
area: Northern Bergen County, NJ, specifically,
Tenafly and surrounding towns. This increases our
efficiency and allows us to spend more time at your home
rather than in our trucks. Consequently, we have
developed a strong account base in the area, which also
increases our best form of advertising: word of mouth.
